You must read this page and establish our shipping and delivery times before purchase to make sure you understand how our delivery process works

Important notice before purchase

Our expected delivery time is 7-10 days. This is the time after the rug has been handmade. Each rug is carefully made so it takes a few days depending on how many orders we have to make. If we are backed up on orders, it can be delayed from up to 2-3 weeks

 

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 days
• Priority Shipping: For an additional fee, customers can choose for there orders to be made first before others

Delivery times vary based on your location and may be affected by external factors such as weather or postal service delays. We will do our best to provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order.

 

Track your order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can take your tracking number over to your carriers website for tracking status

We offer international shipping to many countries around the world.
